I rewrote this post a couple times because it doesn’t come out right due to some ethical dilemma. Since the weekend, I have been thinking about a bucket list trip, actually two trips, one to Tanzania in June of next year and the other to Patagonia (either Chile or Argentina) in November, but the issue is about the same.
At the end of the day, can I afford to go? And how important is that bucket list item? Watching the moon rise on top of Kilimanjaro at what, 16000 ft, just think of the wow factor — it is beyond my imagination! It is very important…but then the money.
I normally do not post about my thought process. I like to write about it only after the fact. I like to write about been there done that kind of thing – certainty to wow my audience. There is no point to write about something I am not planning to do. Here, I have pretty much reached a decision. I have to embarrass myself, that I just made a lot of noise and nothing will come out of it.

Making a lot of noise is needed to make a sound decision. You shouldn’t feel embarrassed about it, because I doubt that anyone of us would actually hold you to it. I know I certainly won’t. I enjoyed reading your thought process. 🙂
